Ale House Raffle Raises $400 Amid Unexpected Challenges

On September 26th, during a Thursday night football game between the NY Giants and the Dallas Cowboys, we hosted a raffle at the Ale House near the airport. The event was scheduled from 8 to 11 pm, aiming to bring football fans together for a great cause.

However, Hurricane Helene had other plans that evening, impacting attendance significantly. Despite the low turnout, we managed to raffle off some exciting prizes, including lunch with Ron Dixon and several player cards and photos. Thanks to the generosity of those who braved the storm to participate, we raised around $400 to support our mission.

This event reminded us of the resilience and dedication of our community, even in the face of unexpected challenges. A big thank you to everyone who contributed and made the evening a success. Stay tuned for more events where you can support our cause and connect with like-minded individuals!
